Dr Ti Xu
A physicist by background, Dr Xu is currently an Enterprise Fellow at the University of Oxford and Researcher at Kellogg College, where he teaches innovation methods to University students and researchers. He has work experience in education, healthcare innovation, and venture capital.
Dr Erfan Soliman
Erfan is an educator, entrepreneur, and engineer with experience in product development and curriculum design. He has founded three companies, all within the spheres of education access, future of learning, and healthy development. He is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Oxford, and he loves helping others unlock their entrepreneurial and academic potential.
Dr Claire Cockcroft
Claire read Biochemistry at Somerville before gaining a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge. After deciding to hang up her lab coat in 2001, Claire pioneered a cross-disciplinary Master’s Programme in Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge in partnership with MIT, aimed at bio-entrepreneurs and future leaders of the life science sector.
Mihir is a Global Insight Fellow at the University of Oxford. He is an experienced Project Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in startups and in the medical device industry. He is a strong engineering professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Piers is a NHS based healthcare transformation analyst and former biomedical engineer and innovator, who has led, designed and delivered digital, operational and strategic healthcare transformation projects for a wide-range of stakeholders, from healthcare system leaders to front-line staff.
Dr Ed Miller
Ed is responsible for running & coordinating mindfulness sessions as well as providing health and wellbeing content, like our weekly PWR blog. He is a medical doctor with a Masters of Research in Psychiatry from the University of Oxford, and is also currently completing a Masters of Theoretical Psychoanalytic Studies at UCL.

Mary is a 3rd year Biochemist at University of Oxford. Passionate about educational access and marketing, she is a founding member of the podcast ‘Oxford from the Inside’, giving insight into the university from students’ perspectives, and runs an access Instagram and blog with her sister.
Viola is a recent Classics graduate from the University of Oxford, and the founder and content creator of an education and travel blog and YouTube channel. She has consulting experience in social media and brand strategy, and is a co-founder of The StudyTube Project.

Umar is an incoming first-year at Harvard University. He is an aspiring environmental science and applied math major and has interests in sustainable development and renewable energy. He is an ambassador for social mobility and has run various access initiatives in East London.

Isabelle Zhu is a current university student studying cognitive science in the U.S. She is on the StudyStream social media team as a designer and content writer. She also runs a popular study channel on Youtube called cafe.studyy with over 130K subscribers, where she posts videos relating to student lifestyle, study tips, and more.

Harry is a third year classics student at new college, Oxford. He is enthusiastic about the potential for social impact in the start up world and seeks out innovation to further this goal. He currently leads the Communications strategy for the StudyStream and Mindfulness projects
Social Media Lead
Samantha is a second year Spanish student at the University of Oxford. She is the current Access and Outreach Officer at New College, working to improve access into higher education and also representing students from non-traditional backgrounds during their studies. In the future, she hopes to go into law, working internationally.
